All students, faculty, staff and administrators are required to complete 第九条 training on an 年度 基础.

This course serves as an overview on the topic and is required for all 体育运动. It’s important for your employees and programs to follow federal laws as well as your educational institution's policies and procedures. This course will cover the history of 第九条, legal requirements and compliance, equality in treatment and benefits, and common questions and myths.
  
  
• 第九条: Roles of Employees (Duration - 24 minutes): 第九条 is key to ensuring all students are free from discrimination and exclusion in their access to education. But making sure all students are protected isn’t completely on the shoulders of 第九条 Coordinators. They often rely on members of the campus community to help. This course provides college and university faculty and staff with an overview of 第九条 and the responsibility for 第九条 enforcement by employees. Topics include: employee role in 第九条 enforcement, key terms and definitions and reporting procedures.

Employees and students will receive an email notification about the annual 第九条 training requirement approximately 60 days prior to the annual due date.
